SORRY THIS TRAINING IS FULL.  HOWEVER: DUE TO POPULAR DEMAND WE WILL BE INCLUDING THE AT RISK YOUTH METHOD IN ALL TRAININGS.  PLEASE LOOK AT THE OTHER TRAININGS TO SEE IF ONE OF THEM FIT YOUR SCHEDULE.

Two ways to register for this Very special training weighted towards working with at risk youth in our contracted elementary schools.  First, this training is open to anyone seeking tools to deal with or help others deal with the effects of trauma at our always low prices.  OR  You may choose to join us in our at risk school mission.  (all 100.00 scholarship spots have been filled.  But you can still take the training and enlist to be a sub/alternate/back up.  TRY will be bringing on A MINIMUM 2 more schools per year so more position are opening all the time. )

If you can meet the following terms, please join us, (we still need subs)

  • you are available to teach (or sub) 30 minutes, twice a week, in the area of MLK and Lakemead, and east of there within the hour of 4:pm and 5:pm
  • you have an RYT OR a history, working knowledge and/or active yoga practice
  • you understand that if you do not have an RYT you will only be qualified to teach this specific method and not to teach yoga in general
  • you will provide a 10.00 background check from the LVMPD prior to assignment
  • you will sign an agreement with the terms "in return for receiving the discounted training I agree to teach a minimum of twice a week for 30 minutes in at least one of school beginning mid September and throughout the 2017/2018 school year"
  • you agree to receive 21.00 per class as an independent contractor for TRY as compensation for teaching services.
