New Years Day 108 Sun Salutation Challenge benefiting TRY

Start your new year off with a bang! After you have recovered from one too many glasses of champagne, join us at noon to do 108 Sun Salutations and raise money for TRY (Trauma Recovery Yoga).

What will we do? You will perform 108 sun salutation A's. Set to fun, inspirational music, your instructor will guide you through the marathon and help you achieve your goal. You'll feel tired and joyful at the end of the class!

Why 108? 108 is a significant number in the spiritual world. It is the number of beads on a mala. There are 108 nadis (energy centers) that lead to the heart chakra. According to Ayurveda, there are 108 pressure points on the body.

What is TRY? Trauma Recovery Yoga is a local organization dedicated to bringing yoga to those in the Las Vegas community who have experienced trauma and its effects.

On this day only, anyone who has ever been to the studio may re-purchase introductory offer by coming to any class on New Years Day and making your purchase in person!

Minimum donation is $25. All funds raised will go to TRY. Pre-registration is highly suggested so you make this commitment to yourself!
